Silicon Carbide Furniture

Silicon carbide furniture is the important auxiliary material for ceramic industry. It decides the quality of ceramic products. The high-grade SiC furniture takes SiC as raw material, adopting reasonable proportion, adding proper agglutinant, and finally forming into the finished product after high temperature firing. It  features with inherent high-temperature thermal conductivity, good thermal shock stability, great high-temperature strength, anti-abrasion, antioxidation, no deformation, expansion, slag falling, fine blast performance (thermal shock stability). SiC furniture can be widely used for various industrial furnaces, such as metallurgical deoxidation, refractory ceramics, electronics, machinery. Facts prove that the application effect and energy-saving effect of SiC products is better. For ceramic industry, SiC furniture includes pushing plate, layer plate, sagger, support, batt, bearing plate, etc.
